Our firm is growing!

We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle

a variety of cases including immigration, criminal defense, and estate planning. Litigation

experience in criminal or family law is a plus, as court appearances are regularly required.

Spanish proficiency is preferred but not required. Some travel to Houston, San Antonio, Dallas,

and Austin may be necessary.

 Competitive Salary – Salary range beginning at $70,000 - $120,000 (commensurate with

experience and qualifications)

Responsibilities

 Conduct legal research and analysis on a wide range of legal issues

 Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and contracts

 Manage case files and assist with preparation for hearings and trials

 Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties

 Represent clients in court proceedings

 Provide clear legal advice and guidance to clients

 Stay current on changes in relevant laws and regulations

Qualifications

 Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

 Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas

 Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities (Spanish preferred)

 Ability to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and collaboratively

 Detail-oriented and highly organized

 Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software

Office Hours

 Monday – Thursday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

 Friday: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
