We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle
a variety of cases including immigration, criminal defense, and estate planning. Litigation
experience in criminal or family law is a plus, as court appearances are regularly required.
Spanish proficiency is preferred but not required. Some travel to Houston, San Antonio, Dallas,
and Austin may be necessary.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Salary – Salary range beginning at $70,000 - $120,000 (commensurate with
experience and qualifications)

Responsibilities
Conduct legal research and analysis on a wide range of legal issues
Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and contracts
Manage case files and assist with preparation for hearings and trials
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties
Represent clients in court proceedings
Provide clear legal advice and guidance to clients
Stay current on changes in relevant laws and regulations
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities (Spanish preferred)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and collaboratively
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software
Office Hours
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Friday: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
