Family Law Associate Attorney
Position Overview: We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Family Law Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law and a commitment to advocating for our clients' best interests.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the State Bar of Texas in good standing.
- 2+ years of experience practicing family law.
- Proven track record of successfully handling family law cases from inception to resolution.
- Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Strong negotiation and mediation skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, and adoption cases.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Prepare for and attend court hearings, trials, and mediation sessions.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on case status and legal strategy.
- Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients' interests in negotiations with opposing counsel.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.
- Stay current on developments in family law and participate in continuing legal education opportunities.

Schedule:
