    Attached is the signed Revised COVID-19 Administrative Order file marked a little bit ago adopting the previous COVID-19 Operating Plan as Bell County's current plan. At this time Bell County will continue to require face masks and social distancing and remote hearings will continue as scheduled.

    Update. Due to ongoing water issues, the Bell County Justice Complex will be CLOSED TODAY, Tuesday February 23rd.

    Family and Civil cases will be held remotely. Please contact the appropriate Court Coordinator by email for the exact time of hearing and for specific questions regarding the hearings scheduled

    Because of water and sewer issues, the Bell County Justice Complex will be closed tomorrow - Monday (2/22).

    Family / Civil dockets for the 146th and 169th District Court will proceed as scheduled with remote hearings.

    The Criminal dockets for the 264th and 426th District Court will be cancelled and reset for another day.

    If you are scheduled for a family law hearing tomorrow in the 264th or 426th please contact the court coordinator to find out if the hearing can be heard.

    The 27th District Court is scheduled to be in Lampasas tomorrow and there will be no hearings in Bell County.

    Due to weather, power outages, internet interruptions and power and water issues at the Justice Complex the District Courts will not be hearing cases Thursday or Friday. 

    Hearings in District Court will resume as normal on Monday.

    CPS court is also cancelled for Thursday.
